As Preconstruction Executive, Brooke is responsible for leading procurement teams and managing the pursuit process for large transportation projects.
Brooke has over 20 years of technical and management experience on a variety of projects. She offers experience coordinating with designers, soliciting subcontractors, creating cost estimates and proposals, and leading reviews of contracts, plans, and specifications.
