Jeff Roth Joins Atkinson as CFO March 2010 BROOMFIELD, Colo. - Jeff Roth has joined Atkinson Construction as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Roth has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting in the construction and real estate industries. In his most recent position, Senior Vice President and CFO of real estate developer Allete Properties, Mr. Roth was responsible for all financial aspects of the business, including capital management, treasury and financing, tax planning, forecasting, and budgeting. In 2004, Mr. Roth was recruited to be the Vice President of Finance for the start-up Fort Myers Division of a national homebuilder. In that role, he oversaw the division's financial and business planning, as well as pricing, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and cost control. From 2000-2004, Mr. Roth was Vice President and CFO of the Mid-Atlantic Division of a general contracting firm. Prior to that, he spent 12 years with an international construction firm. Mr. Roth began his financial career in 1984 as an audit manager with a major international accounting and consulting firm. Mr. Roth earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Rider University in Lawrenceville, N.J. He is a certified public accountant and a member of several industry groups. |
