During the 12-week paid program, you will be fully immersed in our business.
Our summer associates work side-by-side with their teams to learn the fundamentals of construction, including project development, project management, field engineering and supervision, and business operations.
Build Your Network
Summer associates are purposefully exposed to Atkinson team members from across the organization through socials, job site tours, and company events.
We also pair every associate with a mentor for guidance and advice.
