Archie has over 18 years of experience delivering successful transportation projects in the Puget Sound area, including projects in and over water. 

With his experience, particularly in heavily traveled urban areas, Archie has developed expertise in limiting construction impacts, maintaining the flow of traffic, and collaborating with Stakeholders. 

Archie has worked on some notable projects such as: 

• SR 509/I-5 to 24th Ave. S – New Expressway
• E330 Downtown Bellevue Tunnel
• Mercer Corridor West Phase
