Construction of a Class 1 bicycle and pedestrian bridge connecting the Jeffrey Open /Space Trail (JOST) across the I-5. The bridge will be a prestressed (PS) concrete box girder that will span Walnut Ave, a Park & Ride lot and the I-5. The JOST Class 1 bikeway system is a significant linkage of trails and communities across the City.
