This project replaces existing fish barrier culvert crossings on SR 20 at Unnamed Tributary to Skagit River and at Olson Creek with fish passable water crossing structures. Work includes constructing embankments, creek channel grading, large woody material installation, paving and pavement marking, signing, erosion control, and planting.
